Hotel Metropolitan Sendai East

the whole experience was exceptional, nothing to complain about, do recommend. a double room with great view, separate decent sized soaking tub plus a separate toilet was ready when we arrived. the breakfast had good choice of good options, and was delicious and satisfactory.

Great value, room was exceptional, staff were nice! The location was exceptional because it was near to Sendai airport, coffee places and anywhere in sendai as right on the station. Everything was simply brand-new.

I truly enjoyed an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and air conditioning in the newly renovated and good sized room. The location was good, close to restaurants and eateries...

I recently stayed for three nights on a business trip and had a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location right at the train station made for easy travel, and the proximity to shops and restaurants was convenient. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and featured a stunning floor-to-ceiling window with a amazing view. The bathtub was one of the largest I encountered in Japan, and the breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety, particularly the French toast and vegetarian options.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The highlight was definitely the room, where I could sit in two chairs and admire the stunning view from the 12th floor overlooking Main Street. It was a perfect spot for relaxation and taking in the vibrant city life below.

I found the room to be a bit small, requiring some careful organization of luggage. While this was only a minor inconvenience, it did prompt me to be more mindful about space.

Magnificent east-facing views

The dining scene is lit, with so many delish spots nearby like Aji no Gyutan at just 0.5 km. Plus, the gorgeous view from my room on the 8th floor is a total winner! The staff were super friendly.

This hotel offers great value for money with spacious, modern rooms with amazing views.

The breakfast option could use a few more healthy choices.

Dust on the ledge at the head of the bed and under the chairs!!! A more thorough vacuuming would elevate the experience significantly!!! Free early check-in and late check-out options would be a great addition!!!

Here's my point of view

Location is unbeatable, connected directly to the train station with an excellent city view from the upper floors. The room, while compact, provides all necessary amenities, and the breakfast features local specialties. The staff is professional and helpful despite language barriers were nice.

Loved the gorgeous view from the 8th floor and the spacious room! The large bath and shower with multiple heads were awesome! The mall nearby had some delicious food options. Super convenient location made everything easy.

Consider requesting a room on the 8th floor for fine views and enjoy the nearby delicious dining options just a short walk away.
